Pressure Test Machine

This custom machine consists of two pressure testing chambers that use fluid/hydraulic systems. Aerospace companies use it to test up to 350 bar.

Roller Crusher Machine

This machine has been designed to change the shape of the waste material in order to optimise its processing in subsequent stages, including re-use. It is equipped with a flaking adjustment device that allows precise modification of the distance between the two rollers, the upper and the lower roller. The machine is also designed with safety in mind, with an automatic switch-off function that is activated when the cover is opened. This feature ensures the operator's safety in potentially hazardous areas, providing a sense of security during use.The machine's efficiency and safety in waste management are further enhanced by these features.

Step Feeder Machine

This automatic feeder machine is designed for the transfer of cylindrical parts to the grinding process. Through the implementation of modifications, the machine's part loading capacity can be enhanced to 400 pieces per loading cycle. This enhancement enables the user to operate the machine autonomously for approximately 60 minutes before needing to intervene. When parts are depleted, an audible alarm is triggered to alert the user, prompting them to replenish the machine. If the machine remains idle for a predefined period, it will automatically shut down to conserve resources.
